To make a purchase, simply browse our website, add your purchases into the shopping cart and click "checkout". Fill out the requested information and your order will be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as the availability of your items. On all in-stock items, we strive for a turnaround time of 48 hours. You will receive a second email with your shipment tracking number and the status of any back ordered items.
What is our Price Guarantee?
If you see a Terra Furnishings product on the web for a lower price, we will match that price and give you an additional discount of 20% of the price difference.
If you purchase a product from Terra Furnishings and find it for a lower price within 30 days of the shipping date, we will refund you the price difference plus an additional 20% of that difference.
Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions
- The product must be the exact same make, model, and color as purchased at terrafurnishings.com.
- The online merchant must be an authorized dealer and an established U.S. site, as determined by Terra Furnishings. This guarantee does not apply to auction sites.
- The merchant offering the lower price must have current prices listed on their site.
- Since Terra Furnishings does not charge for shipping, this guarantee will only apply to products once shipping charges are taken into account.
- This does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
- We must be able to confirm the lower price, unconfirmed prices will not be honored.
- Terra Furnishings reserves the final right to determine eligibility for this price guarantee.
- This price guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a terrafurnishings.com store credit only.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match please email us at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
- The terrafurnishings.com product name on which you found the lower price
- The name of the online company at which you found the lower price
- The web address (link) to the lower priced item
- The lower price found
- The quantity of the item that you wish to purchase
- Please let us know if you have already placed an order with us. If you have please include your order date and order #
We accept PayPal, PayPal e-checks and credit cards (Visa, Matercard, Discover and AMEX) through PayPal. You are NOT required to sign up for a PayPal account to make a purchase.
To make a purchase without a PayPal account, at the checkout page on the PayPal site go to the bottom left-side of the screen and click on "Don't have a PayPal account?". Click "Continue" and follow the on-screen instructions for entering you credit card information. (Make sure there are no spaces when you enter your credit card number).
FREE Shipping and Handling anywhere in the 48 contiguous US states for most products on the Terra Furnishings website. Additional shipping charges may apply on some larger items (dining tables). At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses in the United States. Most orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground. .

Please note, we are required to charge 6% sales tax for all orders to shipping addresses in Michigan.
Please note that some backordered items will ship prior to the date stated on the shopping cart when you checkout. Terra Furnishings cannot cancel an order for any item after it has been picked for shipping. All backorders will be charged upon shipping of the item.

We take great pride in the products that Terra Furnishings offers and Customer Service is our priority. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the nature of your return. We regret that items may not be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect. This does not include shipping damages, shipping errors and variations in wood color, texture or color tone of an item. All items agreed upon for return must be in the original packaging to protect the item during transit. All returns must be approved. Once a return is approved a Return Authorization will be assigned. All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipping date.
Since wooden items are natural products, some variations may occur, which make them unique. Depending on the country of origin of a tree, the heart wood color ranges from light reddish beige to dark reddish brown (sometimes with black swirls). Due to humidity, the wood ages and some small cracks appear in the grain over time depending on where you live. Direct sunlight can cause more checking (cracking) on the ends. Simply rub in a wood preservative or wax to seal again and enjoy the beauty of one-of-a-kind piece. These are not acceptable reasons for a return.
If your order arrived damaged, please refuse the order with the shipping carrier upon attempted delivery for obvious damage. For hidden damage you will need to file a claim with the shipping company, with our assistance. If a packing error occurred, please contact email@example.com. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, Terra Furnishings will credit you with a gift certificate. All gift certificates must be used within 90 days of receipt.
Please refer to the return instructions on your packing slip and make sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item(s) must be in all original packaging to protect during transit. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Approved return stems should be returned to:

The Return Authorization (RA) number must be written on the return freight paperwork and on the carton.
Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.
